We can take your cap that was purchased from the over seas companies and completely re design it.  By that , I mean that I will completely take it apart, remove the plastic, foam rubber and extra padding, add a new, lghter  flexable fibre or Hessian  frame, sew in a real leather sweatband, leather visor with asphalt coating if you like, and the insignia of your choice. this particular cap was  purchased from Barry Lyndon, and remade to the early SS panzer cap, as shown in the picture below. Old Style Army Crusher Cap

This is a commercially made cap that has been reuilt. The foam padding has been removed, the plastic cap band  has been replaced with fibre board. The plastic visor was removed and an asphalt covered leather visor, heavily scored, has replaced it. The vinyl sweatband has been replaced with  handmade leather band sewn onto black felt all the way around the hat. Bevo officer insignia has been applied. $100.00 plus shipping
